Refund policy

We're highly confident you'll look fabulous with your purchase. If in an unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Return items must be shipped back and received by Golden H2O Jewelry within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received(unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). 

Return/exchange shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyers.

Start Your Returns or Exchange

1. Log in to your account:

        1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

        2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

        3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Return/exchange shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyers. Print out the return shipping label and affix it to the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds

We'll notify you once the return is received. Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to verify and inspect your return. All refunds are subjected to passing  both verification and inspection. If approved, we'll send you a refund confirmation and it will be issued to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show in your account. Processing time with your financial institution might vary.

If you did not receive the credit to your account after 10 business days, please notify us @ Hello@goldenh2ojewelry.com and we will be gladly research it for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and please notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or a wrong item was sent, so we can make it right as soon as possible and not hinder your time to enjoy your awesome purchase.


Items not eligible for return/exchange
Sale items, custom items, personalized/engraved items and gift card  are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Exchange items
Once the item is received by us, please allow 3 business days processing time for verification and inspection the before new item is sent out. The best option is to make a separate purchase and return the original item(s) to us. Who doesn't like to make a fashion statement ASAP.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
